Maureen Awuor Odeck

Maureen Awuor Odeck is the strategic and operational force behind the firm. As the Managing Partner and current President of the Law Society of Kenya – Kakamega Chapter, she oversees the firm’s conveyancing, commercial, corporate, and litigation departments with exceptional diligence and foresight.

Successfully represented the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as part of the defense team in the 2022 Presidential Election Petition, as well as in several other election-related petitions, all of which were dismissed by the courts. Demonstrated strong expertise in constitutional law, electoral dispute resolution, and high-stakes litigation before superior court.
